Material: Re-salvaged cow bone and alpaca (copper, nickel, and zinc)

Our alpaca spreader knives are made by a family business in the enchanting Jujuy province of Northwestern Argentina.

A perfect blend of "gaucho chic" and traditional Argentinian design, the alpaca spreader knives are essential to your mid-afternoon snack table.

Their smooth blades are made of alpaca, a metal commonly used in Jujuy and some other parts of Argentina for production of tableware and jewelry, while their handles are made of bone. The spreaders come in a set inside a cosy wooden box.

At Morena Linda we sustainably source our products in collaboration with local artisan communities at a fair price. Together we keep their ancient skills alive.
